Weekly Accounts Payable Processing
Our data processing team processes all invoices and checks for your property. System generated checks are delivered electronically for printing and signatures. Our accounts payable system is directly interfaced to our general ledger. Vendor administration and recurring payables are also included.
PMS Business Processing and Weekly Banking
Our general ledger interfaces directly with most popular property management systems. Each day’s night audit summary is recorded in the Focus general ledger. All weekly bank deposits of cash and checks along with any withdrawals are verified and recorded.
Monthly Processing
The Focus general ledger interfaces directly with most popular payroll service providers. Payroll summaries for the month are departmentalized and recorded. State and local taxes, monthly accruals, mortgages, and recurring standard entries are recorded. Bank and credit card statements are reconciled. Preliminary financials are prepared for accounting review.
Monthly Reporting
Focus reporting was built specifically for the hotel industry. No reconstruction of financial data for proper formatting of financial statements is required. Our monthly financial statements are electronically delivered.
